Books, Supplies and Fees

- Technology fee currently $125 per child
- Chromebook purchase Grades 5-8

- Catechetical Fee (Grades K-8)
- Specific fees for certain grades payable during Forms and Fees Days
- $200 per family registration fee
- Hot Lunch and Milk available at an additional cost to parents.
- Participation in our Extended Day program is an additional fee and can be used when needed.

Extracurricular activities for various grade levels include, but are not limited to:

Academic Curriculum
St. Mary Immaculate Parish School’s curriculum is built on the guidelines set by the Joliet Diocesan Catholic Schools Office, with a strong foundation in Christian principles. We adhere to the time allotments for secular subjects as prescribed by the Diocese. Our school is accredited by both the State of Illinois and the Joliet Diocese, ensuring we meet high educational standards. Continuous revisions and updates to our curriculum are a key part of our commitment to providing a dynamic and relevant education.
Transportation
Bus Transportation is provided free of charge for all St. Mary Immaculate Parish School Students ( K-8) who reside within Plainfield Consolidated Community School District 202 Boundaries.
Assignments (Homework)
Homework is expected daily for all our students. In general, here are our expectations:
- Kindergarten: 15 minutes daily
- Grades 1–2: 15-30 minutes daily
- Grades 3: 30-45 minutes daily
- Grades 4-5: 45-60 minutes daily
- Grades 6-8: 60-90 minutes daily
Special Services
Special Services are a part of our program. In an attempt to educate every St. Mary Immaculate
Parish School student as completely as possible, special services are provided. Testing services are
available for our students upon referral through the Plainfield School District. Vision and
Hearing screening tests are provided to all students on a rotating, ongoing basis.
